Our client is a globally operating major corporation in the pharmaceutical industry. At the West Sharyland, TX location, several thousand employees are employed in all essential functional areas.


For production, we are currently looking for several
Production Specialists (m/f/d) Medical Devices - DIRECT PLACEMENT to start as soon as possible.


Your responsibilities:


  • Operation of assembly and packaging lines for insulin pens, including loading, monitoring, and controlling production lines while adhering to GMP and safety guidelines
  • Conducting regular maintenance and assisting with troubleshooting and repair work
  • Independently changing and converting production lines
  • Conducting functional tests, process controls, and sample pulls

Our requirements:


  • Successfully completed vocational training in a technical field (e.g. mechanic, mechatronics)
  • Previous experience with production and packaging equipment is an advantage
  • Ideally, experience in a similar position
  • Knowledge of GMP is a plus
  • Resilience and flexibility
  • Reliability, communication skills, and ability to work in small autonomous teams
  • Independent, careful, and precise work style
  • Fulltime shift work (7.5 hours/day)
  • Good knowledge of German, both written and spoken
