The Maintenance Technician/Office Worker will be based at residential property "Blue Sky Apartments" in Huntsville, TX.

The Maintenance Technician will be responsible for the overall upkeep of residential apartments and public areas, accurate and efficient maintenance.

The work hours are flexible, 9am to 2pm Monday to Friday, can be flexible. This position includes participation in the emergency on-call service rotation. In addition, there will be office duties for you to complete from 2pm-5pm Monday to Friday, can be flexible.


Essential Job Duties:
Include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

• Completion of work orders, preventative maintenance
• Unit turnovers
• Plumbing: repairs, replace parts, installation (sinks, toilets, faucets, etc.)
• HVAC: repairs, cleans, replaces, etc.
• Carpentry: repairs and installs doors, shelves, countertops, locks, etc.
• Painting: drywall/plaster repairs, painting
• Electrical/Appliance: lighting, wiring, power circuits, replacing switches, lamps, etc.
• Grounds keeping
• Market vacant units
• Give tours to prospective tenants
• Create Leases, collect rent

Pay:
$20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week


Schedule:

• Day shift
• On call

Experience:

• Maintenance: 1 year (preferred)
