Join Our Team as an Administrative Assistant for a Leading Commercial Construction Company
Are you organized, proactive, and ready to play a crucial role in supporting the operations of a dynamic commercial construction company? We're looking for an Administrative Assistant to join our team and contribute to our continued success
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the construction management team, including project managers, engineers, and field staff.
- Assist in the preparation and distribution of projectrelated documentation, including contracts, bids, and proposals.
- Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for project teams.
- Maintain accurate and uptodate project files and documentation.
- Process invoices, purchase orders, and expense reports.
- Liaise with subcontractors, suppliers, and clients as needed.
- Assist in maintaining compliance with project schedules and budgets.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in administrative support, preferably within the construction industry.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fastpaced environment.
- Knowledge of construction terminology and processes is a plus.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional training or certification in office administration is a plus.
- The ability to speak Spanish as a secondary language is a plus.
