Front Desk Agent


Responsibilities:


  • Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
  • Register guests and assign rooms, ensuring all necessary information is obtained
  • Answer phone calls and provide information to guests or transfer calls to appropriate departments
  • Handle guest checkins and checkouts efficiently and accurately
  • Process payments and maintain accurate records of guest transactions
  • Respond to guest inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints in a timely manner
  • Provide recommendations for local attractions, restaurants, and services to enhance the guest experience
  • Maintain a clean and organized front desk area

Experience:


  • Previous experience in customer service or hospitality preferred
  • Familiarity with phone systems and basic computer skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
