Inventory Coordinator

- Assists Warehouse Management team with inventory control activities to ensure products are received, moved, and stored accurately.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned
- Cycle Counts material in various warehouses and locations for accuracy, posts totals to inventory records, and resolves discrepancies.
- Process customer and vendor returns including working with the QA, Customer Service, and Product Management departments.
- Resolves inventory discrepancies such as lot numbers, quantities, bin locations, etc. as reported by warehouse Material Handlers or other warehouse personnel.
- Performs inbound receiving functions in database and confirms receipt accuracy by following procedures for marking and tagging pallets before inbound stock put away processes are carried out.
- Update Bin locations in database based on Material Handler stock movement sheets.
- Assists in the management of the Quarantine area inventory by working with Product Managers and QA departments.
- Operate forklift truck and stock picker to perform cycle counts and other warehouse duties.

Required Education and/or Experience:
- One year certificate from college or a technical school, 13 years equivalent job experience, or a combination of education and experience.

- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and written
- Must be a good team member
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines
- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills
- Ability to function well in a highpaced and at times stressful environment
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software
- Familiarity or general aptitude for ERP systems is preferred

Work Conditions & Physical Requirements:
- The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
- Ability to lift up to 55 lbs.
- Work environment is normally in an office setting. Must be able to make frequent rounds in a warehouse environment
- Ability to view a computer screen and type for extended hours
- Ability to sit and stand for extended periods of time
- Other physical requirements include moderate standing and occasional squatting, bending, and twisting
- Ability to stand for an extended periods of time
- Must be able to wear any required PPE such as scrubs, hair net, lab coat, and facemask
- Ability to work above shoulders
- Other physical requirements include frequent squatting, bending, twisting, and bilateral wrist movement
- Ability to adjust work schedule as business needs require.
