Service Staff (Human)


Your responsibilities include:

  • Assisting with the preparation, plating, and serving of hot and/or cold dishes
  • Providing support with dishwashing and cleaning tasks, always keeping HACCP guidelines in mind
  • Performing traditional service tasks with a strong focus on guest satisfaction during breakfast, lunch, and evening events as needed
  • Operating our cash register system and handling customer payments
  • Maintaining and caring for coffee machines and coffee stations
  • Proactively recommending our promotions and offering additional products
  • Ideally, you have completed a vocational training in the hospitality or hotel industry
  • You have previous experience in the hospitality sector or possess a natural talent for it
  • Digital cash register systems do not intimidate you
  • You have a positive attitude and enjoy communicating with guests
