- Upkeep and maintenance of Rug Showroom floor to ensure that displays are fresh and tidy
- Upkeep and maintenance of Rug Sample Department to ensure that it is well organized
- Labeling of new samples on an as-needed basis
- Regular inventory to ensure all samples are readily available to sales team
- Assisting Rug Specialists with all aspects of presenting including preparation, note-taking and follow up
- Assisting Rug Specialists with order entry, focusing on custom order entry
- Internal correspondence with product managers

Holland & Sherry is in search of a Rug Sample Librarian/Junior Salesperson to join our team in our New York showroom.
Our new team member must be personable, highly motivated, and capable of working efficiently on an individual and group level.
This is an excellent opportunity to learn the ins-and-outs of the design/sales industry while on a clear path to Senior Sales.
