Successful automotive group looking for dynamic, energetic, career-oriented professionals who are masters of influence and love working the phone. This position involves outbound/inbound service calls in order to create service appointments.


Requirements:

• Must have call center experience.
• 1 year minimum of BDC, service or call center experience preferred.
• Excellent communication skills both in person and on the phone.
• Ability to control the phone conversation around client requirements and demands.
• Possess great customer service skills.
• Proven phone skills in a selling environment.

Pay:
$35, $60,000.00 per year
