Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Concierge. As a Concierge, you will be responsible for providing exceptional hospitality and customer service to our guests.

Responsibilities:

• Greet guests with a warm and friendly demeanor upon arrival
• Assist guests with checkin and checkout procedures
• Provide information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and dining options
• Make reservations for guests at restaurants, theaters, and other entertainment venues
• Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints in a professional and timely manner
• Coordinate transportation services for guests, including arranging airport transfers and taxi services
• Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
• Assist with luggage handling when necessary
• Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure guest satisfaction Requirements:
• Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in the hospitality industry
• Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with guests from diverse backgrounds
• Bilingual or multilingual skills are highly desirable
• Knowledge of local attractions, restaurants, and entertainment venues
• Familiarity with front desk operations and phone etiquette
• Ability to handle guest inquiries and complaints with professionalism and empathy Note: This is a paid position. Internship positions must also be compensated accordingly.

Pay:
$ $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
