- Serve as the IT Operations Manager for TEWLS covering Linux, SAP, Oracle infrastructure
- The DML-ES SAP (TEWLS) Project Manager provides planning, direction and oversight for all DML-ES SAP sustainment and maintenance until fully integrated
- Design, implement and ensure efficient maintenance and ensure compliance to all disaster recovery plans.
- Assist technical staff to check and ensure resolution of all issues to achieve all operational performance objectives.
- Interface with technical experts and leaders in Government, ManTech, and other commercial organizations and build trusted relationships.
- Collaborate and participate in activities to ensure knowledge creation/sharing and integration within and across all work programs.
- A bachelor's degree in a related field of study
- A minimum of (10) ten years of professional experience
- Outcome based experience for the successful management of the SAP based integrated application as a practitioner
- Expert experience with MS Project for IMS management
- PMI PMP or DAU Advanced (Level 2 or 3) PMC
- Experience in SAFe(r) /Agile, and DevSecOps, and with evidence of on-time delivery to production
- SAP ERP experience
- Bachelor's Degree
- Must be a U.S. citizen
- Possess a Secret clearance- highly desired
- Must be able to be in a stationary position more than 50% of the time
- Must be able to communicate, converse, and exchange information with peers and senior personnel
- Constantly operates a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a computer
- The person in this position frequently communicates with co-workers, management, and customers, which may involve delivering presentations. Must be able to exchange accurate information in these situations
- The person in this position needs to occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, etc.
