A work day with us The Department of Medical Controlling/DRG currently consists of a team of 10 employees and works closely with the medical service, nursing service, patient administration, and accounting department.

We are an important part of the billing process at KLINIK BAVARIA Kreischa/Zscheckwitz by coding treatment-relevant diagnoses and services in the fields of neurology and intensive care medicine, contributing to the success of the company.

Additionally, a team from the Medical Controlling/DRG department conducts post-processing of treatment cases as part of the MD management process.

Requests are carefully processed and handled in collaboration with the medical service and our in-house legal department.

A work day with us includes:
Processing of complex inpatient treatment cases based on medical records, particularly in the fields of neurology and intensive care medicine Recording and verification of diagnoses, procedures, and ventilation hours Recording of other patient-relevant information
