The Enrichery is a growing education company in the greater Houston area that offers academic coaching, test prep, and admissions services.

As we continue to expand, we are looking for a friendly, creative, and detail-oriented Office Manager to join the team at a newer location in Bellaire We are also hiring for our Towne Lake location.


We are looking to fill this position around the middle of July.

We are seeking someone who enjoys...
- talking to people; you'll be our clients' first point of contact, so the ability to "small talk" is a must (both in person and on the phone)
- being detail-oriented and supporting others by organizing the office and maintaining seamless scheduling for our students' sessions.
- customer service and having a "do whatever it takes" attitude regarding client requests.


The Office Manager Experience

  • Graciously welcoming parents and students when they arrive at the office.
  • Scheduling new and existing clients; effectively and efficiently managing each Academic Coach's schedule while eliminating "dead time" between sessions.
  • Working with clients and coaches to strategically reschedule sessions in the event of shortnotice scheduling conflicts to avoid session cancellations.
  • Supporting and collaborating with other members of the leadership team to ensure the overall health and growth of the location.
  • Keeping the office organized, clean, and stocked with textbooks and supplies.
  • Attending and contributing to recurring/weekly meetings, such as leadership meetings.
  • Completing errands as necessary.

Requirements:


  • Working hours are Monday-Friday from 9:30 am
  • 5:30 pm.
  • Strong understanding of Google Suite, especially Google Sheets.
  • Working knowledge of CRM software is a plus.
  • Excellent decisionmaking skills and ability to diffuse difficult situations if necessary.
  • Solutionoriented mindset
  • Confidence in written and verbal communication skills; excellent active listening abilities.
  • Proven experience as an Office Manager or Administrative Assistant is preferred.

Pay:
From $38,000.00 per year
