Key responsibilities of the Business Systems Analyst:

Prioritize requests based upon internal needs and resource availability.
Create SharePoint and Teams sites as requested by the business.
Work with stakeholders to achieve and maintain Martin-Baker America's paperless initiatives.
Work with IT team in the implementation of solutions, and the IT Supervisor in scheduling resources for more in depth requirements.
Develop and maintain an understanding into Martin-Baker America business processes and procedures.
Attend regular meetings with stakeholders as required.
