- Collaboration and Communication:
- Act as a liaison between the system integrator and business stakeholders, fostering effective communication and understanding between the two entities.
- Engage with cross-functional teams to elicit requirements and guarantee precise representation of business needs in the migration plan.
- Cloud Migration Expertise:
- Apply expertise in cloud-based solutions to guide and support the migration of Order Management processes to the Oracle Cloud.
- Collaborate closely with the system integrator to implement best practices, troubleshoot issues, and ensure the seamless execution of migration plans.
- Requirements Analysis:
- Conduct a comprehensive analysis of existing Order Management processes, pinpointing areas for improvement and optimization within the cloud environment.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to validate and align Order Management requirements with the capabilities of the Oracle Cloud solution.
- Configuration and Customization:
- Oversee the configuration and customization of Oracle Cloud-based Order Management modules to align seamlessly with business requirements.
- Work closely with technical teams to ensure a seamless integration with existing systems and data migration.
- Stakeholder Training and Support:
- Coordinate training programs for super-users and end-users, ensuring a smooth transition to new cloud-based Order Management processes.
- Provide ongoing support, addressing user concerns to optimize system usage and overall satisfaction.
- Quality Assurance:
- Conduct rigorous testing of Oracle Cloud-based solutions to guarantee functionality, security, and reliability.
- Implement quality assurance measures to identify and address any issues during the Order Management migration process.
Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in business, Information Technology, or relevant experience.
- Proven experience in cloud migration projects, specifically within the Order Management domain.
- Strong understanding of cloud-based solutions, with expertise in Oracle Cloud.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively liaise between technical teams and business stakeholders.
- Experience working with system integrators and managing relationships with external partners.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to identify opportunities for process improvement and optimization.

We are in search of a highly proficient and seasoned Oracle Cloud Order Management Specialist to orchestrate the seamless migration of our Order Management processes to the cloud environment.
