As an innovative and future-oriented company, at Drees & Sommer we act as a solution provider for highly complex large-scale projects and an integral partner in the planning, management, and realization of industrial sites in the semiconductor and battery cell manufacturing, automotive, life sciences, chemical, and power plant and process engineering industries.

We provide in-house design for technical systems and buildings, as well as all other services in the project value chain.

Are you interested in making a significant contribution to the development of the company as a project manager for general planning during the bidding phase? In this role, you can work at our locations in
Stuttgart, Frankfurt, Hamburg, Leipzig, or
Munich according to your preference.

Your tasks in detail:

Responsibility for the acquisition and followup acquisition of complex largescale general planning projects in close coordination with the sales team
Preparation of offers, pricing, and calculations for acquisitions
Development and management of bidding and award strategies tailored to individual customer and project needs
Selection of interdisciplinary project teams in close collaboration with various stakeholders
Development of project setups and execution strategies, as well as ensuring project launch and completion
Maintenance of a subcontractor and partner network with needsbased integration into the bidding processes

Your profile:

Completed degree in architecture, building services engineering, civil engineering, industrial engineering, or a comparable qualification
Several years of solid professional experience in project management and general planning of largescale
