Business continues to boom through COVID, having grown to almost double their previous size
Full time, in office position in Woodbury, Long Island. Parking available on site, beautiful newly renovated space

Responsibilities:

Lead recruitment and employee pipeline for a wide range of positions
Draft jobs descriptions, post jobs, pre-screen candidates via phone and invite for virtual/in office interviews.
Ensure constant flow of candidates.
Assist Human Resources Generalist with ad hoc tasks such as background checks, offer letters, etc.

Experience Preferred:

Organized and detail oriented, able to work independently and in a team.
Strong communication skills both written and verbal
