Who We're Looking For:


Key Responsibilities:


  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and meeting quality standards.
  • Supervise and coordinate upwards of 10 RF crews at a time, providing guidance, support, and resources as needed.
  • Report site statuses to customers daily, keeping them informed of project progress and addressing any concerns or issues promptly.
  • Estimate project costs and timelines accurately, considering all necessary resources and potential challenges.
  • Manage all costs of the project to ensure projects are completed within Gross Profit Margin (GPM) requirements.
  • Schedule equipment as needed for project execution, coordinating delivery and logistics efficiently.
  • Set project expectations with construction managers, ensuring alignment on goals, timelines, and deliverables.
  • Review construction drawings and RF Data Sheets to ensure compliance with project requirements and specifications.
  • Oversee and manage project closeouts, ensuring all necessary documentation and deliverables are completed and uploaded to customers within specified time frames.
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of wireless telecommunication RF scope of work across all major carriers, staying updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices.

Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, Telecommunications, or related field preferred.
  • Proven experience in project management within the wireless telecommunication industry, with a focus on RF projects.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively manage and motivate teams.
  • Excellent organizational and timemanagement abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools.
  • Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing priorities in a fastpaced environment.
  • Knowledge of relevant industry regulations and standards.
  • Flexibility to travel to project sites and attend meetings as needed.
