- Demonstrate expertise in building, testing, implementing, and maintaining custom security classes and roles for ERP and third-party applications.
- Develop and maintain custom ERP application configurations based on approved business processes.
- Collaborate with ERP Compliance and Audit Administrators to ensure security compliance and assist with segregation of duties assessments.
- Support senior Security and Configuration Architects with implementing ERP security strategies and troubleshooting activities, while utilizing appropriate tools for issue tracking and reporting.
- Participate in design sessions, providing insights on security and application configuration best practices based on business requirements.
- Offer security support throughout different project phases and daily tasks such as ticket resolution, security backups, and end user support.
- Assist in access provisioning and de-provisioning in both production and non-production environments.
- Provide on-call support when required.
- Monitor and document changes related to security and application configurations, ensuring adherence to SLAs and processing standards.
- Stay updated on ERP security architecture and application configuration performance by reviewing audit reports and knowledge base articles.
- Continuously enhance skills by learning and supporting new technologies through various methods.
- Perform any other duties assigned by management.

Summary:
The ERP Security and Configurations Architect is responsible for reviewing, designing, building, testing, and implementing ERP custom and delivered security and application configurations. This role involves maintaining segregation of duties and change management standards for Finance, Supply Chain Management, and Human Capital Management applications. The position requires a fundamental understanding of object-oriented programming, Personal Identifiable Information (PII), ERP security, and application configuration best practices. Additionally, familiarity with production and non-production cloud-based application architecture, specifically in a Multi-Tenant, Single-Tenant, or Hybrid deployment is needed. The ERP Security and Configurations Architect is accountable for providing first and second level end user and application configuration support including monitoring, troubleshooting, testing, and monthly ERP maintenance efforts. Collaboration with technical and functional experts to understand business objectives is essential for documenting all ERP technical changes. Training and guidance may also be provided to end users as necessary, showcasing the ability to troubleshoot with minimal supervision and communicate issue resolution updates effectively.
Major Job Responsibilities:
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Business Analytics, or related field. At least one year of experience in technical application analysis within Finance, Supply Chain Management, Human Capital Management, or Information Systems support. Proficiency in cloud computing and relational databases is required.
