- Drive results by leading and coaching others; enforce systems, policies and procedures.
- Develop staff through interviewing, selecting, and training employees and help them develop personal growth opportunities.
- Monitor workflow, observe equipment, and maintain systems that produce high quality and detailed products; help correct malfunctions and foster a spirit of cooperation between departments.
- Work with Team Leads to achieve results by scheduling and assigning personnel, establishing priorities for the day and monitoring progress, and reporting results on production summaries.
- Maintain a safe and clean work environment.
- 2nd Shift: 2pm - 11pm, Monday - Thursday; and 2pm - 6pm on Friday
- Occasional overtime as needed
- Great communication skills to share process changes and improvements with team and facility leadership.
- Experience in performance management (coaching, managing team performance, employee development and process improvement).
- Ability to move through the facility for up to 8 hours at a time, to monitor staff, operations, and operate equipment as needed.
- Ability to occasionally move materials weighing up to 30 pounds.
- Post-high school degree
- Minimum of two years of leadership experience
- Experience in web-to-ship delivery processes
- Production or warehouse experience
