- Direct and coordinate activities of multiple departments, through subordinate supervisors and plant employees, with full accountability for results in terms of safety, costs, methods, quality, and quantity of production, operations, and personnel.
- Plan and layout work in collaboration with the sales team. Responsible for developing and increasing the production capacity required to meet monthly and yearly shipping goals.
- Maintain performance standards, check progress, interdepartmental coordinate workflow, analyze workflow delays, and take remedial action.
- Responsible for purchasing and maintaining material inventories to meet customer commitments. Interpret and clarify rules, regulations, and general policies.
- Evaluate and recommend staffing needs, shift requirements, and equipment needs. Interview screened applicants, train and retain employees.
