YOUR EDUCATION
  • You will undergo a future-oriented 3-year training with a close integration of theory and practice; theory and practice blocks alternate every few weeks
  • You will learn with 350 other trainees at the in-house nursing school of the University Hospital Cologne
  • You will have practical assignments in the diverse inpatient and outpatient areas of the University Hospital Cologne as well as with external cooperation partners in the surrounding area
  • You will be individually supported by a team of qualified nursing educators, subject-specific lecturers, and practical instructors
  • You will benefit from the new collective agreement for relief (TV-E)

YOUR TRAINING CONTENTS
  • In theory, you will learn situation-specific general and specialized care according to the latest nursing science findings
  • In practical assignments, you will learn to care for, advise, instruct, and provide for people in need of care of all ages; you will take on the planning, implementation, and evaluation of individual patient care in close coordination with other professional groups.
  • You have the opportunity to complete your practical specialization in pediatric nursing with us

  • You have (technical) high school diploma, secondary school diploma, a secondary school diploma with a successfully completed
