- An experienced I&C Engineer with manufacturing, powerplant or chemical plant experience

- Determine project specifications and performance requirements for the equipment and system.
- Define project modification to DC, single-phase AC, and three-phase AC power systems.
- Identify project requirements for modifications to existing control systems or installation of new control system hardware to meet project needs.
- Specify project requirements for instrumentation, servos, and drives.
- Provide rough order of magnitude estimates for changes and new equipment.
- Update Process and Instrumentation Drawings, Electrical Elementaries, and Loop Sheets.
- Prepare technical documents for purchase of equipment, installation of equipment, and testing/qualification of equipment.
- Communicate project information to all levels of the organization including technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or AS degree with 10+ years of instrumentation/controls experience.
- 5+ years of I&C experience with relevant work experience in chemical, manufacturing or power plants
- Proven experience modifying equipment in a manufacturing environment.
- Experience troubleshooting, upgrading Instrumentation
- Skilled with project engineering from conception to installation and support.
- Honeywell DCS experience is a plus
- Allen Bradley, GE PLCs experience is a plus
- 480 VAC 3-phase power distribution is a plus
- Professional certifications are a plus
- Advanced education/training is a plus
