    Summary:

    This position will be responsible for coordinating online tools and applications used to provide educational programing to Ovation Healthcare's clients and aid in lead generation. Additionally, this role will provide administrative support to Ovation Healthcare's Learning Institute (OLI).

    Duties and Responsibilities:
    • Plays an active role in execution of OLI's education solutions to improve information exchange and knowledge transference.
    • Responsible for setting up and hosting each webinar, coordinating with presenters (remote or in-house), and recording the webinars.
    • Adding/creating webinars within the Learning Institute platform(s) by creating packages, creating surveys, creating certificates, uploading the slide presentations, making courses active within the catalog, managing hospital access codes, user account support.
    • Editing recorded webinars to post on Learning Institute platform(s) and websites.
    • Responsible for managing reports within the Learning Management System (LMS) and compiling attendance reports and survey results.
    • Maintaining records in BOX and other applications as required.
    • Providing support for on-site classroom events.
    • Other duties as assigned.
    Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
    • Strong administrative experience, including professional email communication between clients and all members of the organization, report compilation, and experience creating and editing PowerPoint decks. Microsoft Office Suite experience: Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
    • Experience working with e-Learning authoring solutions, content management systems, video creation software, and Learning Management Systems (LMS).
    • Familiarity with Learner Management platforms, LMS and/or CRMs.
    • Independent thinker, self-directed, works well under pressure, problem solver, able to readily adapt to change, capable of handling a large and varied workload.
    • Strong technical foundation - able to quickly dissect, comprehend, and administer new technical solutions.
    Additional Experience Preferred:
    • Video production and editing experience including Adobe Creative Suite: Adobe Premier, After Effects, InDesign, Photoshop.
    • Photography knowledge and experience.
    • Graphics editing and creation capability.
    Work Experience, Education and Certifications:
    • Bachelor's degree in Instructional Technology, Communications, Marketing, or related field, or two plus years of equivalent work experience preferred or related experience.
    • Working understanding of marketing and education training, video and photography experience, and demonstrated knowledge of design principles and models.
    • Healthcare experience beneficial but not mandatory.
    Working Conditions and Physical Requirements:
    • Work is performed in an office setting. Ability to sit at a computer for long periods of time, talk on the phone, type, and perform general office work. Ability to occasionally lift and carry objects up to 30 pounds.

    • Some travel required.
