    Job Description

    AMTRACO is a global holding company based in Franksville, WI, overseeing the shared services of HR, IT, and Finance for its operating units. The company owns four distinct operating units:

    • EPSI – a distribution company serving the surface finishing industry worldwide
    • STM – a manufacturer of pressure sensitive adhesive tapes
    • FAST – a distributor of tapes and related products for various markets
    • SBM – a commercial real estate company specializing in buying, developing, and leasing commercial properties

    Position Responsibilities:

    • Demonstrate strong decision-making skills with minimal direction
    • Utilize software for inventory management
    • Ensure accurate labeling and quantities on hand
    • Maintain Vendor Managed Inventory programs at customer locations
    • Handle product deliveries at customer sites and obtain proof of delivery
    • Ensure proper packaging to prevent shipping damage
    • Perform pick-ups and drop-offs, following customer instructions
    • Drive designated routes in FL, TN, GA, MS, AL
    • Assist in production facility tasks when not on deliveries

    Other Requirements:

    • Valid driver's license for at least 5 years
    • No record of moving violations
    • Proficiency in Microsoft 365 and VMI software
    • Capability to lift 50+ pounds
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Ability to work in a team, multitask, and prioritize tasks

    Education Requirements:

    • High School Diploma or equivalent
    • Preferred: Associates degree and/or bachelor's degree
