Your new task

You will work creatively, goal-oriented and independently on projects for the development of innovative and high-quality roof windows, connection products and services
Your task includes the complete spectrum of development, from customer benefits to ideas to serial products. From conception to implementation: prototyping, testing, verification and validation
Close collaboration with all internal departments in the company (local and international) as well as external service providers
Creation and modification of technical drawings and 3D models as well as technical documentation
You will provide impulses and ensure the further development of our products under the aspects of digital transformation, and implement modern tools for finding new solutions, including AI

You have a degree in a technical field or completed further education as a technician. You also have at least 2 years of professional experience in a similar position and are confident in independently developing and optimizing components and products, as well as developing new components for serial products. You are familiar with the entire process from idea
