As a Guest Experience Director, you'll recruit, equip and pastor Campus Dream Team Coaches and Team Leaders in reaching their full potential.

You'll get to create, establish and maintain campus-specific and global strategies as the team grows to ensure culture and vision of Union Church is preserved all while keeping up with the church calendar and tempo.


RESPONSIBILITIES

  • You'll assist in the overall leadership of the campus, invest and develop volunteer leaders and teams, who ensure all worship experiences are carried out with excellence.
  • You'll oversee the following teams: host, greeters, parking, safety, prayer, stewardship, and events

MUST-HAVES

  • Highlevel communication and relational strengths
  • Ability to make sound, critical decisions under pressure
  • Analytical thinking and solutionoriented
  • Great attention to detail and timemanagement skills

NICE-TO-HAVES

  • Management experience
  • Experience working or highlevel volunteering for a church/nonprofit
  • Proficient in Google Drive Suite
