JOB OVERVIEW:


The Associate, Equity Doc Prep plays a crucial role in creating Limited Liability Corporations (LLCs), Business Tax IDs and other services.

Supports the goals and objectives of Equity Trust Company leadership and ensure a superior client experience.

RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES

  • Gathers, reviews, and verifies required documents for completion fulfillment of services offered through Equity Doc Prep
  • Responsible for the formation of business entities for our customers
  • Responsible for the creation of unique business tax IDs
  • Works with stakeholders across teams located in Ft. Myers, FL and Westlake, OH
  • Monitors and maintains operational pipeline
  • Monitors and updates corporate actions
  • Institutes continuous improvement approaches where appropriate; assess processes and make recommendations for workflow improvements
  • Works collaboratively in a team environment to achieve team, department, and overall business goals
  • Ability to multitask in a fastpaced, deadlinedriven environment
  • Resolves client issues and concerns
  • Provides project support
  • Performs other duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS

  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • Associate or Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business or related field preferred
  • LLC product knowledge or financial services experience preferred

PROFESSIONAL CERTIFICATIONS

  • None required

  • Intermediate level of proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Salesforce (CRM) experience preferred

PHYSICAL DEMANDS/WORK ENVIRONMENT:

This job operates in a professional office environment and routinely uses standard office equipment. While performing the duties of this job, the associate is regularly required to speak and hear.

The associate is frequently required to sit for extended periods of time, as well as stand, walk, use hands and fingers, and reach with hands and arms.

This job requires the ability to lift files, open filing cabinets, and bend or stand on a stool as necessary.
