Clear thing These are your tasks:

  • As a student, you will support the HR team with various operational tasks in the ongoing daily business, which concern the entire employee life cycle from entry to exit
  • You will also participate in the maintenance and management of HR systems such as time management and digital personnel files
  • In addition, you will create various HR evaluations and reports such as the sickness rate
  • You will support various HR projects such as the digitization and automation of HR processes
  • During your student job, you will gain a comprehensive insight into the entire national and international field of activity of the HR department

Cleanly solved Your profile speaks for itself:

  • You are an enrolled student in the field of business administration, human resource management or a comparable course of study and have 1020 hours per week available (preferably more during semester breaks)
  • You are proficient in using MS
