Job Summary:
We are currently seeking a customer-focused and detail-oriented Automotive Assistant Service Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service at our service department.

You will work as part of a team of a team, assisting customers with their vehicle-related issues and creating repair orders for our Auto Technicians.


Qualifications:


  • High school diploma or GED equivalent is required;
  • Proven experience in the automotive industry, preferably as a service advisor or technician.
  • Strong knowledge of automotive systems, parts, and repair processes.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to provide outstanding customer service.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work efficiently in a fastpaced environment.
  • Proficiency in using automotive service management software and computer systems.
  • Strong problemsolving and decisionmaking skills.
  • Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.

Responsibilities:


  • Provide exceptional customer service to all customers visiting our service department counter.
  • Interact with customers to understand their vehicle service needs, address their concerns, and provide estimated costs for repairs.
  • Create repair orders (RO) for the Auto Technician Manager, including detailed information about the required repairs and parts needed.
  • Collaborate with fellow team members to ensure smooth workflow and timely service delivery.
  • Work closely with the Auto Technician Manager to accurately diagnose vehicle issues and determine appropriate repair solutions.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, service history, and repairs in our service management software.
  • Stay uptodate with industry trends, technologies, and best practices to provide the highest level of service to our customers.
  • Assist in maintaining a clean and organized service department counter area.
