The CJD Niedersachsen NW-Hamburg includes the department of child, youth, and family services of CJD Elze. We are a recognized independent provider of youth services.

Our employees provide differentiated and qualified ambulatory, semi-residential, and residential support according to the Social Code Book VIII (Child and Youth Services Act).

Your new responsibilities

Implementation of school support measures for elementary school children with special needs
Support in the social class community
Support in learning behavior
Counseling during crises and conflicts
Documentation and reporting
Cooperation with the respective school
Parent counseling in the school context

Your profile

Completed vocational training as a statecertified educator (m/w/d) or
Comparable qualification

Requirements

Beginners welcome
Teamwork and communication skills
Empathy
High level of independence and responsibility
Willingness for further education and supervision
Membership in a Christian church that belongs to the Working Group of Christian Churches (ACK) in Germany is desirable
