Description
Volume Cars Auto Group is looking for ambitious Business Development Representatives to assist the sales team to achieve sales targets, maximize profitability, and deliver exceptional customer service.
This role involves being the first point of contact for all customers who inquire via the internet, and phone.
As an Automotive Business Development Representative, your primary responsibility is to provide support to individuals who reach out regarding vehicles advertised online.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Assistance: Addressing inquiries related to automotive products, including vehicles and services through outbound and inbound calls
- Product Knowledge: Maintaining uptodate knowledge of our inventory, specifications, and features to effectively address customer queries and provide accurate information
- Sales Support: Providing information on promotions, sales, and additional products/services that might benefit customers based on their needs and preferences.
- Documentation: Recording customer interactions, maintaining accurate records of inquiries and actions taken to ensure a seamless followup process if needed
- Adherence to Procedures: Following establish call center protocols, guidelines, and company policies while delivering exceptional service to maintain quality standards.
Pay:
$3, $4,000.00 per month
