Join our team in the Information & Communication Services (ICS) division of SPIE Deutschland & Central Europe GmbH

In the ICS division, we combine our expertise in information, security, and media technology and offer full-service solutions to our nationwide clients with over 30 locations and more than employees throughout Germany.

We are currently seeking a Service Technician (m/f/d) for Security Technology at our Düsseldorf location.

Responsibilities:

  • As a service technician, you will be responsible for programming and commissioning security systems
  • You will also handle maintenance, repairs, and troubleshooting of these systems
  • In addition, you will be responsible for creating necessary inspection reports
  • You will also be part of the on-call and emergency service team

Your Profile:

  • You have completed training in the field of electrical or telecommunications engineering (electronics, IT system electronics, telecommunications, etc.)
  • You have previous experience working with security systems (e.g. fire, intrusion, smoke/heat extraction, emergency lighting, video, access control, call systems)
  • You are a reliable, flexible, and team-oriented individual with a strong work ethic
  • You have excellent communication skills and a customer-oriented mindset
