- Associate Degree in Medical Laboratory Science required.
- Also required is certification as a Medical Laboratory Technician from the American Society for Clinical Pathology (ASCP), or equivalent certification within one year of date of hire.
- One year of experience in multiple laboratory disciplines including Chemistry, Hematology and Blood Bank preferred.
- Medical Laboratory Technician certification from the American Society for Clinical Pathology (ASCP), or equivalent certification is required within one year of date of hire.
- Must be fully vaccinated against seasonal Influenza and the COVID 19 virus or to be exempt from the requirement for medical or personal reasons by signing a statement certifying you are choosing to be exempt from vaccination once hired.
