Shift Leader / Production Manager (m/f/d)


Tasks:
We are looking for you as a Shift Leader / Production Manager (m/f/d) for our renowned client with the following tasks:

  • You organize, control and lead the plant personnel
  • You are responsible for ensuring the planned plant performance within the specified working time, checking daily performance goals, analyzing deviations/failures and taking measures to achieve the goals
  • You increase the efficiency of the plants through technical and organizational measures in cooperation with the engineering department
  • You ensure compliance with occupational safety in your area of responsibility
  • You enter production data into our ERP system
  • You ensure a seamless shift handover
  • You conduct personnel discussions
  • You manage and coordinate external companies
  • You actively promote improvement processes (KVP)
