- Medical degree from an accredited institution
- Board certification in a relevant medical specialty (e.g., Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, or Integrative Medicine)
- Experience and proficiency in integrative medicine practices and treatments (BHRT, LYME...)
- Excellent clinical skills, including diagnostic abilities and treatment planning
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, team-based environment
- Commitment to ongoing learning and professional development
- Experience with electronic medical records and other digital healthcare technologies
- Current and unrestricted medical license in the state of Maryland
- Prior experience in a similar role or practice is a plus
