Responsibilities:


  • Business Process Harmonization: Lead business process harmonization between legacy and tobe processes.
  • Analysis of Alternatives (AoA): Lead an AoA where needed and make recommendations for reaching consensus or decision on alternative selection.
  • Fit-

Gap Analysis:
Keep activities aligned with the Fit-Gap Analysis developed for the modernized systems.

  • Business Process Roles: Lead the analysis of role mapping from legacy to new environment and develop transition plan.

Required Qualifications:


  • Have broad experience across multiple Federal agencies' grants management systems and interfaces
  • Experience leading clients through business process and systems transformation and modernization
  • Be familiar with the Grants Quality Services Management Office (QSMO), including their frameworks and activities
  • BS/BA in Business or Information Technology and 14 years of experience

Desired Qualifications:


  • Subject matter expert in Federal grants accounting, including commitments, obligations, payments, refunds, and deobligations
  • Understanding of and experience with grants system interfaces
  • Have a Certified Grants Management Specialist (CGMS) certification
Must be a U.S. citizen or permanent resident. W-2 employment only.
