About the job
In the year 2000, the Pelio family purchased land in Carmel Valley, identified by wine experts as an ideal area for planting wine grape varietals.
After much consideration, and to showcase Greg and Chris Vita's exceptional wine making skills, the family decided to open a new tasting room in Carmel Valley, Monterey County.
The tasting room is located at the old Cowgirl Winery.For the first time, we will start selling our label wines, beginning with the 2016 vintage of PELIO ESTATE WINES.
Job Description:
- Greet guests
- Manage Reservations
- Clean tables after guests leave
- Assist in washing glasses
- Must have a positive and hospitable attitude
- Follow site policies and procedures with a focus on safety
- Strong attention to detail
- Exemplary customer service skills
- Must have a clean professional appearance
- Great multitasking skills
- This position requires weekend work only as well as some holidays and evenings
- Must work well independently as well as in a team environment
- Setup and host guest wine tastings
- Other tasks may be assigned as needed_
