ROLE SUMMARY:

This position is dedicated to delivering exceptional service to customers within the company environment, focusing on problem-solving and relationship-building through attentive listening and effective action plans.

Receptionist is responsible for resolving various issues through customer education, thorough follow-up, and a commitment to ensuring a positive customer experience.

Some accounting experience will be highly advantageous.


JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Educate and support customers regarding company website, products, and services.
  • Resolve customer concerns with a focus on quality outcomes.
  • Provide valuable feedback to the department for new product and resource development.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions for comprehensive account history.
  • Act as a knowledgeable point of contact for both new and existing customers.
  • Handle complex requests with patience, professionalism, and empathy.
  • Review and resolve situations promptly by identifying customer concerns.
  • Demonstrate urgency and dedication to exceeding customer expectations through accuracy, efficiency, courtesy, and knowledge.
  • Engage in active listening to fully understand customer needs, acknowledge key points, and interpret verbal cues to identify underlying concerns and motivations.
  • Support the accounting department with various customer assistance tasks.

REQUIRED SKILLS:

  • Typing speed of 40 WPM+ with accuracy.
  • Detailoriented, organized, with a strong ability to follow tasks through to completion.
  • Positive work ethic and attitude.
  • Excellent active listening and time management skills to address difficult situations with patience and professionalism.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks concurrently.
  • Effective collaboration with different personality types, demonstrating concern and sensitivity.
  • Intermediate proficiency in computer, keyboard, and 10key skills.
  • Some experience with QuickBooks or filmmaker pro will be highly advantageous.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:

  • Minimum of 2 years experience as customer service or receptionist.
  • Knowledge of printing or wide format experience will be advantageous.
  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • Call Center Experience Highly Desired.
  • Bilingual preferred but mandatory English proficiency.

Pay:
$ $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
