What to expect from us with Dale

  • Take on independent (partial) tasks in the role of project manager and support the team in developing the product vision of the CRM system landscape
  • Design and accompany the implementation of new features and/or CRM direct marketing campaigns and maintain the product backlog for our Kaufland Card program
  • Coordinate requirements towards the surrounding systems, e.g. app, cash register, etc.
  • Prepare and conduct tests in the CRM system
  • Create training materials for the CRM system for our countries
