    Description

    A highly reputable firm is searching for an experienced Insurance Defense Attorney/Medical Malpractice Defense Attorney to join their growing team The right attorney will have compassion and understanding for the clients they are working with.

    Must be able to adhere to the firm's core values and have strong, long-lasting client relationships.

    Insurance Defense Attorney/

    Medical Malpractice Defense Attorney Qualifications:
    At least 3 years of experience in insurance defense/medical malpractice litigation
    Exceptional attention to detail, strong writing and legal research skills, and a strong work ethic
    Proficiency in drafting briefs, pleadings, motions, written discovery and various legal documents
    Experience handling multiple cases independently, while collaborating on additional cases in a team setting
    Highly organized with exceptional skills in drafting, negotiation, and communication
    Active membership with the Utah state bar
    Ability to handle files from inception to trial

    Insurance Defense Attorney/Medical Malpractice Defense Attorney Responsibilities :

    Propounding and responding to discovery, conducting research, and drafting pleadings (complaints, motions, oppositions)
    Trial preparation and active participation
    Take and defend depositions and attend court hearings and appearances

    ~ Malpractice defense
