is seeking to hire a Payroll Coordinator to ensure accurate and timely processing of payroll for our employees

Responsibilities - Payroll Coordinator:


  • Process payroll accurately and on time for dealership employees, including calculating wages, deductions, and overtime
  • Maintain payroll records and employee information in compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements
  • Prepare and distribute payroll reports to management as needed
  • Respond to employee inquiries regarding payroll matters in a timely and professional manner
  • Collaborate with the HR department to ensure accuracy of employee data and payrollrelated information
  • Stay uptodate on changes in payroll regulations and ensure compliance with federal, state, and local laws
  • Assist with special projects and initiatives as needed

Qualifications - Payroll Coordinator:


  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field preferred

Minimum of 2 years' Human Resources/Payroll experience is required:


  • Dealership experience is preferred:
  • Strong understanding of payroll principles, regulations, and best practices
  • Proficiency in payroll software (e.g., ADP, Paychex) and MS Office suite
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Valid driver's license
  • High school diploma or equivalent
