Description

• Be the front lines of our inbound calls and take care of routine service calls while routing complex issues to team members.
• Assist clients with their insurance policy needs, including coverage options, changes, billing, claims, and general questions about their policy.
• Build positive relationships with clients to ensure their needs and expectations are met or exceeded.
• Actively participate in team meetings and training sessions to enhance your knowledge and skills related to insurance products and policies.
• Maintain accurate and uptodate records of client interactions, policy changes, and other relevant information in the agency's system.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills. Bilingual preferred.
• Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask in a fastpaced environment.
• Passionate about providing exceptional customer service and building lasting relationships with clients.
• Property & Casualty licensed required / Life & Health license preferred.
