Blender Shift Leader Warehouse Logistics - Focus on Outbound Goods (m/f/d)


Professional Requirements:
We are currently seeking a Blender Shift Leader Warehouse Logistics - Focus on Outbound Goods (m/f/d) for our renowned client with the following responsibilities:

  • Organizing and managing the outbound shift (picking, restocking, and loading)
  • Acting as a contact person for the picking team (consisting of 5080 employees depending on the day), as well as for drivers and customers
  • Motivating and supporting employees in their development to achieve highquality and efficient work results
  • Coordinating the training of new colleagues
  • Collaborating with the HR department to plan employee schedules and vacations
  • Invoicing orders and managing deposit processing in the system
  • Disposing of work equipment
  • Assisting employees with daily tasks such as picking, restocking, loading, and maintaining warehouse order and cleanliness
