- Assisting with direct patient care during the office visit (examination, procedures, and treatments as directed)
- Performing clinically appropriate administrative tasks (chart prep, phone triage, in-basket messages, test results, prescription refill, coordination of care, etc.)
- Maintaining neat, clean, and safe patient care areas
- Providing an exceptional care experience by interacting with patients and their families in a professional, friendly manner consistent with their needs.
- High school graduate or equivalent required.
- Graduate of a Medical Assistant training program, nursing student, or Paramedic required.
- CPR training required.
- Experience working as a Medical Assistant preferred
- Epic experience preferred
- Primary care experience preferred

Our Team
Located at 9 Hope Avenue in Waltham, MA, our primary care practice delivers a full range of preventive and health maintenance care. We not only treat a range of acute and chronic health problems, but we also coordinate our patients' care when they need treatment by specialists.
As a family medicine office, we provide complete care to both individual patients and whole families, including:
Hours/Schedule
We are seeking a full-time, 40-hour Medical Assistant to support the practice on-site Monday through Friday. Our operating hours are 8:30 am to 5:30 pm, so shifts are staggered accordingly.
Role Overview
Our Medical Assistants partner with work alongside physicians, advanced practice providers, and nurses in primarily a 1:1 ratiowith providers support model. Responsibilities include:
