Key Responsibilities
- Interface with all employees assigned to your hotel
- Inspect employee's performance and give feedback
- Motivate, inspire and encourage team to perform to their very best abilities
- Praise and coach consistently with all team members
- Coach, counsel and take disciplinary action, if necessary, in accordance with company practices
- Coordinate staffing needs and changes with Star's leadership team
- Address changes in staffing schedules and replace absences
- Train and coordinate training of employees
- Monitor uniform program and ensure employees have necessary garments
- Provide feedback to Star on the staff and hotel operations
Key Experiences & Qualifications
- Experience in housekeeping, preferably hotels
- Supervisory experience preferred but not required
- Excellent communication skills
- Outstanding organizational skills
- Very strong time management skills
Pay:
$ $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
