Position Overview
We are seeking options traders to trade within our capital allocation model. You will receive firm capital to execute options strategies with full autonomy, earning 65–90% of the profits you generate while benefiting from structured risk management and professional support.
Location: Milwaukee, WI (Remote)
Employment Type: Independent Contractor (1099)
Experience Level: 2+ years trading or managing investments
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute options strategies including directional, spread, and volatility plays
- Analyze implied volatility, Greeks, and options pricing models to identify opportunities
- Manage multi-leg options positions with disciplined risk protocols
- Monitor and adjust open positions based on market conditions and Greeks changes
- Maintain detailed logs of all options trades and strategy rationale
- Optionally collaborate with a network of remote traders for insights and growth
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in active options or forex trading
- Genuine understanding of financial markets and trading mechanics
- Ability to manage risk, follow rules, and maintain composure under pressure
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and desire for continuous improvement
- Dependable computer hardware and a stable internet connection
- Experience with charting or analytical software is a plus
Position Details
- Independent contractor role with performance-based incentives
- Profit-sharing structure with splits increasing from 65% up to 90%
- Starting capital allocation of up to $50,000, scalable to $500,000+
- Fully remote work with flexible hours tailored to your schedule
- Capital increases available as frequently as every two months based on results
- Additional opportunities for advancement discussed during interviews
