Managing Director (m/f/d) The Paritätischer Wohlfahrtsverband, State Association of Bavaria e. V., is a leading association of the social welfare sector, which is politically and denominationally independent. Our work is guided by the principles of openness, diversity, and tolerance. As a player in social and societal policy, we shape social Bavaria. We support our 800 member organizations through consultation and social policy representation. We also operate our own facilities and services. Our conviction is that every person is equally valuable. Together, we are committed to participation and social cohesion.

We are currently seeking a Managing Director (m/f/d) for the Schwaben district with approximately 60 member organizations and based in Augsburg, working part-time (30 hours per week).

Your responsibilities will include:

Providing information, consultation, and support to member organizations, particularly in regards to professional and financial matters Representing our interests in social and political matters at the local and district level Participating in various social and political committees and networks Negotiating funding and compensation contracts, etc.

Organizing events Project development and implementation Public relations Working closely with the departments in the state headquarters, other district associations of the Paritätischer in Bavaria, and the volunteer committee of the Schwaben district, you will report directly to the Executive Board Member for Association and Social Policy.
