Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Quality Assurance Supervisor to join our team.

As the Quality Assurance Sueprvisor, you will be responsible for ensuring that our products meet the highest quality standards and comply with all relevant regulations.

You will oversee all aspects of quality control and quality assurance processes, implement quality improvement initiatives, and lead a team of quality professionals.


Duties:


  • Assist in the development and implementation of quality control procedures and guidelines to ensure product consistency and compliance with industry standards
  • Conduct regular quality audits to identify areas for improvement and develop action plans to address any deficiencies
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to establish quality metrics, goals, and objectives
  • Development and implementation of a comprehensive quality management system
  • Oversee the inspection of incoming materials, inprocess production, and finished products to ensure adherence to specifications
  • Manage customer complaints and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence
  • Stay uptodate with industry trends, regulations, and best practices in quality assurance
  • Train and mentor team members on quality control techniques and procedures
  • Collaborate with suppliers to ensure their products meet our quality standards

Experience:


  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field preferred (e.g., engineering)
  • Proven experience in a quality assurance role within a manufacturing or production environment
  • Strong knowledge of quality management systems, including HACCP, CGMP, and QA/QC principles
  • Experience in conducting quality audits and implementing corrective actions
  • Proficient in project management methodologies and tools
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and make datadriven decisions
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage a team
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

Pay:
$75, $85,000.00 per year
