PAYROLL JOB#:

  • Hazardous Duty Pay
  • Law Enforcement & Custodial Officers System (LECOS) Retirement
  • Telephonic Interviews Will Not Be Accepted
  • Work Site Visits Will Be Conducted
  • No Study Material

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Graduation from an accredited senior high school or equivalent or
GED.


  • Two years full-time, wage-earning experience in food processing
operations or industrial manufacturing


or
four years full-time, wage-earning production or manufacturing operations

experience.

Thirty semester hours from a college or university accredited by an

organization recognized by the Council for Higher Education Accreditation

(CHEA) or by the United States Department of Education (USDE) may be

substituted for each year of experience on a year-for-year basis for

a maximum substitution of one year.


  • Correctional custody or law enforcement experience preferred.
  • Experience in the supervision of employees or offenders preferred.
  • Completion of a Federal Department of Agriculture (FDA) approved
Better Process Control School for low-acid and acidified canned

foods preferred.

**The salary for an ERS Retiree (or non-contributing member) will

be $3,949.03.**The following Military Occupational Specialty codes are generally

applicable to this position. Applicants must fully complete the

summary of experience to determine if minimum qualifications are met.
