- Manages and develops Operations Analysts, conducts field visits, creates task schedules, implements action plans, monitors trends, and minimizes variability.
- Educates Market Leaders on risk and control practices, including field visits, overrides, approvals, and managing operational escalations.
- Analyzes data from various sources to drive operational efficiency and mitigate risks effectively.
- Cultivates a culture of identifying, escalating, and resolving issues promptly, particularly in areas like fraud prevention, scam detection, and handling client concerns.

- Demonstrated experience in overseeing operations across a large geographical area
